At Lenda we produce under the “Outsourcing” system or outsourced production. This system allows us to lower the production costs and to be able to compete with other producers because, like this, the company doesn’t have to assume fixed costs that a factory demands. This way of production is used by many big companies worldwide. This system allows us to search and work with few factories, adapting the factory to our products. All our formulas are designed, developed and registered and are only and exclusively Lenda´s property. It is the Lenda team the one that designs and develops our products. After this, in cooperation with the factory´s team, we check the fresh materials, the formula is adapted to the production process and we make the first product samples. Once the first physic/chemical, organoleptic and biological tests have been done, we send it to our testing team, where a comprehensive test of the product is made and changed, if needed.

If the product meets the requirements, we now jump to the packaging design, production and to commercialise it. A part of our technical/commercial team has direct contact with a team of professional breeders, being many of them world champions, which means that they are very demanding.
